Is my garden suitable?

To make sure everything fits, measure your space and add an extra meter for inflatables. Your garden should be relatively flat with easy access. Both grass and hard surfaces work. Not sure? Send us a picture, and we’ll check for you!

Are they weatherproof?

Our party tents are top-quality commercial-grade gazebos—fully waterproof and built to handle British weather. Heaters are available for colder months.

Inflatables are water-resistant but, by law, can’t be set up in winds over 24mph. If the weather isn’t on our side, we’ll reschedule.

How does booking work?

Head to our Contact Us page and fill in the details. Once we confirm your booking, we’ll need a £50 refundable deposit via bank transfer. You’ll pay the full amount on the day, and we’ll refund your deposit the next day after collecting our equipment—provided there’s no deliberate damage.

How long is the booking for?

All bookings are overnight. Want it for longer? Just ask, and we’ll check availability and pricing.

What time do you set up and collect?

We set up between 9 AM and 3 PM, depending on our schedule. A couple of days before, we’ll give you a more precise time. Collections happen between 8 AM and 5 PM, but if you’ve had a big night, we’ll try not to wake you too early! 😉

Where do you deliver, and is there a cost?

We cover all of South Wales and can travel further for bigger bookings. Delivery charges depend on location, and we’ll confirm this when you book.
